Underrepresented minority An article was coded "Underrepresented minority" if the study targeted students from underrepresented groups or singled out underrepresented groups in one or more analyses, but did not specify which groups were being targeted or analyzed. Selecting "Underrepresented Minority" will produce outcomes for articles coded for Race and Ethnicity, however, because many articles contain many results, the verbatim result presented in the outcomes section may not necessarily refer to a specific racial or ethnic group groups.
